Objectives
- To honor the memory of Benigno S. Aquino Jr. as a modern nationalist hero;
- To promote the spirit of nationalism among the youth and the Filipino people;
- To identify and give recognition to graduating college students and alumni/ae who have exhibited a strong sense of nationalism.
