a three year-old boy who successfully underwent an open heart surgery at the UST hospital, is the first patient assisted by the
Love Rice Foundation of Korea, in coordination with Heart Foundation, whose Honorary Chairperson is the First Lady, Mrs. Amelita Ramos;
